While this ranking certainly isn't "expert" vote, it's enough to showcase what the general opinion is of Lebron and how collusion and failing to perform in the finals can impact popular vote.

If Tim wins another ring, I can see him venturing into top 10 greatest per popular vote.

But even if it was, the 13 Heat's supporting cast was nowhere near as good at the 09 or 10 Lakers supporting cast.

Winning with less help isn't really a determining factor on how good a player is.

But even if it was, the 13 Heat's supporting cast was nowhere near as good at the 09 or 10 Lakers supporting cast.

And the competition in the finals was much harder for the Heat. That 13 Spurs team...even though I think they tend to get overrated...was about twice as good as the 09 Magic and better than the 10 Celtics.

Superstars? LOL...go back and watch the 13 playoffs and try to come argue here that Wade and Bosh were superstars.

people underrate lebron in 09 and 13. there was that jordan thread that 3ball made, and tbh, it was kind of shown there.

lebron in 09 would have won if it werent for bs matchups.

lebron in 13 I think was the more portable of the 2. the thing about having those 2 players is that they will take up the touches, so its hard to "share" touches, even if it would be for the greater good, you know what I mean?

Personally, I think lebrons peak is criminally underrated here. I really do think that 09 lebron had the greatest post season in nba history.
