What are some lesser known players who have the potential to be really good?

My pick: James Michael McAdoo

He might start, but there is no doubt in my mind that TJ Warren will be capable of scoring 20 PPG some day

^^^with that old school game:applause: he could be nice. Really good finisher around the rim, with the in-between game of a seasoned vet.


KJ McDaniels is another one.

How about Rodney Hood? Once healthy last year he started averaging something like 14/3/2 during the Jazz's 19-10 finish to the year

I really like the potential of CJ McCollum, Meyers Leonard, Robert Covington, Jeremy Lamb, and Otto Porter Jr. off the top of my head. Jeff Withey could probably be a serviceable big man.

I like McAdoo but he's a roleplayer at best. Hopefully he can be a David West kind, but i doubt he has a higher ceiling than that.

TJ Warren is a good pick too. Also looking forward to Marcus Smart being better, although he is already a starter.

You never know but Lord Covington is likely to be a starter, but I get what you're saying.

Now, Nik Stauskas is likely to be a bench player for the 76ers, and he has enough talent to be a star imo.

He should be one of the best bench players in the league this year if he can stay healthy. The 5th best player on the Jazz right now.


Jeff Withey could probably be a serviceable big man.

Had a couple nice games. Looks like he should be Gobert's back-up to start the year.
