Bulls without Pippen went 1-9 in the first round

So they'll get swept obviously

Heat in 5.

Heat beat a trio of Current, and future NBA Superstars in Durant, Harden, and Westbrook.

Who replaces Pippen? Kukoc?

Why is this minus pippen? The heat would give them a run with him, it's not a good matchup without him.

Pippen was only a role player. Jordan should be able to win without him.

Could see Jordan having an unbelievable brick fest in this scenario.

That already happened in the '96 Finals WITH Pippen on the roster

Which roleplaying small forward replaces Pippen and wins FMVP in this situation?

If Gary Payton shut down MJ, LeBron would literally make him shoot 1-9. Symbolic

The Heat would win in 6 maybe 7. With Pippen? Bulls in 5. Take away Jordan and keep Pippen. And the Heat win in 5.

Strange hypothetical indeed, but assuming the rest of the Bull's roster is the same (as in no Pippen replacement) I'd say Heat in 5 or maybe 6. Jordan probably gets at least one game. The 2012 Heat featured peak Lebron and a still superstar Wade. Their chemistry as a duo that year was outstanding. The only thing that slowed the Heat down in the playoffs that year was Bosh's injury.
