we all know players are seeking big fat contract before next year's salary cap boom.
e.g
jimmy Signed on July 9, 2015 for 5 years, approximately $95,000,000.
marc Signed July 9, 2015 for 5 years, approximately $110,000,000.
love Signed July 9, 2015 for 5 years, approx. $113,000,000.
TT agreed on 5yrs 88mil..

now we look at some real stars..

curry Signed extension on October 31, 2012 for an assumed $44,000,000 for 4 years starting in 2013-14.
cousins has 14mil/15mil/16mil for next 3 years.
westbrook Signed extension on January 19, 2012 for an assumed $78,595,310 for 5 years starting in 2012-13.
harden has 15mil/16mil/17mil for next 3 years..

i think there should be the way to adjust some of these player's contract.. contract shouldn't be fixed, it should allow for certain level of flexibility.

its stupid to think that cousins and TT are getting close salary.

On the flip side if cousins breaks both his legs the team can't lower his salary.

But...it's a...contract...you know?

Any stipulations have to be...in the contract...agreed upon by all involved parties.

so i am saying, in the contract, there should be a clause to ensure the flexibility of salary base on the implication of any CBA changes.
usually salary CAP only raise, so it's good thing for players, no?
