I agree with that.

But why can't I call out other people for embarrassing behavior? I mean, you have 2,000 posts and I literally have no idea who you are. Pretty embarrassing to be a nobody.

I'm on here actively engaging with other hardcore bball fans. It's more embarrassing to have as many posts as you do and have nothing to show for. It's probably a reflection of who you are off here, plain and ordinary. Probably ugly too.

Bro come on... you know my sense of humor. (Or you should)

It's a funny bit to do that. Here you have a guy calling people out for having too many posts, yet meanwhile he's taking damn near 10 minutes to mount a rebuttal. It's almost my duty to create that moment for all the lurkers out there. Notice how almost every new comer since 2013 is always most influenced by me. And it's because of stuff like this.

Add to the fact that I have the charm, sports knowledge, and killer instinct when faced with a challenge... it's no wonder I'm often referred to as the GOAT around here.

I was Seth Rollins before he got popular. He's basically doing my gimmick.

If you can't find the humor in me bragging about message board credentials while simultaneously slaying kids, then you just don't get it.

But that future 2016 draft class is watching. And they know who's at the top, and they'll fight like a bunch of rats chasing cheese to get my attention. I'm the best at what I do.

First of all, there's a big difference between 32 and 34, especially for a guard. If you don't believe me just look throughout history. There's some outliers here and there, but for the most part guards experience a precipitous drop in play after the age of 32. I'm also guessing the one's who were outliers actually had cartilage in their knees.

The second part of that post deserves to be in the dumbest things ever said on ish thread, though pretty much all of your posts qualify so I won't bother.

Wade's role changed at 30, but his play didn't drop until after his bone bruise injury late in 2013. He was 31, but injury / health related drop in play is different than natural decline, which is what I was referring to in my previous post.

At 29 Wade averaged 26/6/5/1.5/1.0 on 50% and a 25.6 PER. Clearly a superstar.

At 30 Wade became a second option so his raw totals dropped a bit, but he still averaged 22/5/5/1.7/1.3 on 50% and a 26.3 PER. He was the only second option IN HISTORY to have a top 3 PER in the league. Again, superstar.

At 31 in 2013, Wade averaged 21/5/5/1.9/0.8 on 52% and a 24.0 PER. Perhaps debatable as superstar, but he had the best second option PER in the league and was the most efficient guard in the league. Superstar if you ask me.

Since the 2013 regular season he has been an all-star caliber player but no longer a superstar.

BTW, thanks for asking a reasonable question instead of responding with a troll post.

Disagree. As I explained above, Wade's biggest drop in play occured from age 31-32. That's when he transitioned from superstar to all star. In 2014 he was noticeably less explosive than the previous year.

The thing about the '13 season is, people fail to recognize his amazing play during the RS, due to the bone bruises (IIRC, he had 3) hindering his play in the PO's. Not only was he damn good on the offensive end, he was also clutch AF defensively. His defense had people raving about him. He won us a couple of games through his 4th quarter defense alone. He should've made an All-D team over either CP3 or Bradley. Porker making the All-NBA 2nd team over Wade was just wrong as well. Dude gets extremely overlooked. SMDH!

And how'd that work out? Despite being injured Wade stepped up big time and averaged 24/6/5/2/2 in games 4-7. Pop has even said that Wade's play was a huge catalyst for Miami winning the series. The Spurs thought he was down for the count and Wade came back and made them pay. If he was an afterthought before the series, he certainly wasn't after the series.

Really? :oldlol:

I never said Lebron wasn't also great. He was, and he deserved FMVP. It's pretty absurd to suggest that Wade failing to outplay peak Lebron is some kind of a slight against him. It took both of them playing at an extremely high level for the Heat to win 3 out of the last 4 in the series. That's what a superstar duo is supposed to do. Their backs were to the wall and they both elevated their play to beat a very good team.

Maybe. It would have been good advice, but the message more likely said:

"Attack the rim relentlessly and fearlessly. You are one of the best penetrators to ever set foot on a basketball court. You are too quick, explosive, and skilled for any team to keep you out of the paint".
