Gonna be a tough season for the team, especially in the much improved east. The Cavs are now decimated with injuries. Hopefully they can make a run late in the season.

Thanks for the thread, haven't been able to use my Lebron app today

In the current situation, if Lebron manages to clinch a playoff seed he IS THE GOAT. No questions asked.

Gonna be much tougher than in years past. The East is looking like a murderer's row this season.

Heat - Should have 3 all stars with Wade, Bosh, and Whiteside. Maybe even Deng

Pacers - Healthy Paul George should have them right back in contention

Wizards - Best backcourt in the conference along with a deep bench

Bulls - Rose, Noah, and Butler are always a tough out.

Hawks - Still have multiple all stars and should have another 60 win season

And that's not even getting into much improved teams like the Bucks and Raptors. :(

No amount of your sad pre-season cushioning will excuse your boy not making it to the finals or losing in the finals again.

You reek of desperation.

I worry for guys like you, Dubeta, Hey Yo and the rest of the LeBron fam because this might just be the year that you get pushed over the edge and end up hurting yourself or someone else over LeBron losing.

Funny how people on here keep downplaying the east.

Everyone in real life knows that the conferences are pretty much even this season

hopefully cavs can make the playoffs. :(

You can't afford to lose your best player in a competitive eastern conference.

He's gonna play against the Bulls. He's just playing mind games to Poido123, nathanjizzle, and the other Bulls fans in this forum.

That back was clearly much worse than they were letting on - thus the shot. They still kept insisting "he's fine" and were just being "cautious", but nobody's held out of practice for nearly 2 weeks if they're fine. Now they're not even sure if he'll be ready for the opener.

Cleveland's gonna get off to an ugly start.

Very ominous start to the season.

Lebron is the heart, soul, and package of that team. It will be a significant uphill trudge if they fall behind early in a conference that competitive. Looks like the bball gods are shaping up a season where just getting his team into the finals will take Lebron from being a current GOAT candidate/arguably GOAT, to being undisputed GOAT, comfortably.

Im ready to see him take on the challenge.

I do have to say that these back issues are very disconcerting. Maybe he's starting to break down.

He's had back issues since 2012. It just doesn't make sense to make stories out of it when he's 28 and going hard for 40 minutes a night on both ends.
