One of the most senseless crimes i've heard of. White man was just enjoying a jog and the Texas A@M player brutally murdered him without cause.

Now the jogger's wife just committed SUICIDE.

We can't really know for sure. I remember reading when this story initially came out that he was not only disturbed, but angered by his lot in life and the feelings of resentment for his past.

Who knows if all this "white privilege" talk that circulates didn't kindle the motivation to seek out a white person specifically to let out all his pent up resentment.

Anyhow, the racial aspect really isn't worth belaboring. It doesn't mean anything, and the murder is no more or less tragic than the ones committed in colorado, or oregon by white dudes. It's sad and terrifying that this is simply one of the dangers of human existence. Just like antelope and boar and buffalo have to drink down at the river as a necessity of life, so it goes that some of them will be picked off by crocs. We live in a society where some humans are mentally defective, and there is an ever-present risk we all run of being victimized by one of them.
