Was Lamar better than Bosh in every aspect of the game?Except shooting.. He was a better rebounder. Better defender and better ball handler as well as a much better passer and facilitator.

Lamar is more skilled than Bosh just like Wade is more skilled than Magic, but most people consider the latter players greater because of their impact.
Bosh has more impact because of his scoring, and also has the career advantage in rebounds.

Bosh is a better shooter and pick and roll defender. He's also a better rim protector even though their difference in block is minimal. Lamar is a better low post defender, passer, and probably a better rebounder due to his larger frame. He's just gotta be hungry for them.
Impact wise, they probably have the same value in different roles. Bosh can be a good second option, but Lamar is more suitable for a 3rd option or off the bench as a do it all.

Bosh is definitely the better player, but Lamar played in a system that got the most out of his skills whenever his head was in the game. Bosh was relegated to a spot-up shooter because of Lebron-ball and still had the better numbers.

Dribbling and passing. That's about it. Bosh wins the rest of the way.

Bosh is the only answer. Odom was talented, not particularly skilled. He never put in the skill work to develop his talent. That's why his ball handling never improved from college and he never developed a post game. He really didn't develop anything, it was just that Phil found the best way to maximize his talents regardless.
Unrelated but there are two plays that come to mind to sum up Odom and Boshs career.
2006 playoffs - Odom misses a simple box out that leads to a kick out Tim Thomas 3. Mistake that loses that series
Miami Heat Finals - Bosh gets huge rebounds that lead to Ray Allen series saving 3.
Let's not forget what Odom was on the ball court.
