for me:
-trade love (he sucks) Maybe try getting melo as he seems a decent scorer for this team.

-Trade thompson. Most overpaid bigman by far in todays game. Get someone like patterson and demarre caroll maybe since the raptors were interested in him.

-trade varajao for draft picks. Hes finished in this league, im a better player than him

Bosh went on the decline when he paired up with LeBron. Love is doing the same thing, only more dramatically. From 26 points a game to 16 points, with 3/4 the rebounds, and half the assists. That's what happens when your best player makes his teammates better...
