Green will be HUGE for Miami this year. Last season they had a tendency to play great basketball for 3 quarters and then fall apart in the 4th because their bench was useless.

Good game. The Heat look much more balanced this season and a healthy Bosh is hard to beat on any night. Clifford continues to confound me with his rotations. Big Al was a beast in the first quarter and then he benches him for most of the game. WTF? Also, we spent the summer getting shooters and we go out and have a terrible shooting night. :banghead: You could really see the loss of MKG. He would've made life much harder for Wade than PJ freakin Hairston. Oh well, only 81 more to go. :facepalm

Definetly, especially considering that he fits what the Heat need perfectly, a microwave type scorer off the bench that can hold the fort down when Wade is out. If he can average 14-16 PPG on 45% fg, I'd shell out a pretty dollar to keep him.

I don't know about shelling out big bucks (he'll be 30 in January), but he was a steal for sure and an underrated signing. He's exactly what you want out of a 6th man and he gives the Heat a legit backup SG. He can help keep Wade's minutes down (ideally around 28-30 mpg) and step in and start if need be. He also can play stints at SF when he's on the court with Dragic and Wade. He just needs to keep his shot selection under control and continue learning the defensive assignments. Green, McRoberts, and Winslow are a nice second unit core.
