Okafor just had a great debut against Boston, putting up 26 points and commanding quite a few double teams. :applause:

His handle, post-game, and mid range game were looking good.

He's 6'11 and 275 lbs and a true Center. The last dominant Center offensively was probably the few spurts of healthy Andrew Bynum that we saw his last few years as a Laker. It's been a while, I hope that's what he can become. We need another Center.

If he scores 15 efficiently, I'll be happy.

High TOs but I have faith in Okafor. Hope that I'll have time to watch him more over the course of the season, always nice to see a Dukie doing well. :applause:

Poor man's Al Jefferson

Nice try. Al Jefferson's first game was 0/0/0 + 2 PF. He got to 10+ points on his 7th game.

Okafor might be the only rookie to be doubled in his first NBA game within recent NBA history.

26 points for Jahlil Okafor, most by a Center in their debut since 1985, 30 years. 23 by David Robinson was the most.

26 points is most in debut in 13 years. Also, joins AD, Lebron, and Odom as only teenagers (19 yo) to score 20+ in debut.

Nice debut from Okafor. This years draft looks like it's going to have quite a few contributors and already afew rookies have gotten involved in their first games.

He's got some post moves for damn sure, but he's got some growing to do. Lots of potential there, though.

Pretty accurate so far, the ony thing you need to do is to remove the 4 and replace it by maybe another 0 :lol
