Despite the insistence by you and other fans all summer...we are not tanking...it's just obvious dude. We might suck, probably will, but we aren't tanking...

I don't know why you and others actually thought we were...makes no sense given the roster moves.

Most likely...especially of Matthews really is capable of playing like 30 minutes a game.

He's a real NBA player and with him, Dirk, Williams, Harris, Zaza, JJ, Parsons, Felton...and most importantly, Carlisle, you just aren't going to be bad enough to be a bottom 5 record.

I agree we should have tanked, but that was never, ever, going to be the case once we made the Williams and Zaza moves....like I said all summer.

it seems to be an "american" thing to overrate everything. just one game. lets not act if felton will become a consistent 18ppg player with 0 TO and solid d. lol. same goes for powell.

i see mavs making 38-40 at the end of the season. i hope that parsons will break through...d-will a little renaissance....

do you really think...that I think...that this Mavs team has "no excuses" to win this year?

to be clear...i'm joking, we should have tanked and we will likely send our pick to the Celtics.

and if we are a 40 win team or something...it just makes it even more painful by chasing Jordan when we could have built out the team much better and actually had a solid season with the ability to add pieces this summer to make a run in 17.
