If Rubio's jumper is fixed then we are looking at an all star point guard. The only limit on the Wolves potential is how much they play Lavine at backup point guard. He is the worst

It doesnt need to be "anyone's" team. Only fans care about that stuff.

They can just be a team.

Rubio's team. Don't see any leader traits in Wiggins at all.

Kind of have to agree with this. Wiggins has the most potential out of anyone on the team though. He could eventually be a top 3 player in the league once all the current superstars get old and/or retire.

you can be a great athlete and player without having alpha tendencies

4 MVP's is pretty alpha. Certainly moreso than 1* MVP gifted by the media.

Rubio team for sure, and probably soon KAT team.

It's going to be Towns' team.

slow down on the Rubio jumper stuff. He can look unconscious one game, and then ice cold the next 2.

Wiggins doesn't seem the FP to me. He looks more the Pippen type.

This, and it would be a shame if he gets pressured into playing as a volume scorer just to satisfy the "superstar" expectations. This team would be better off having him try to be Andre Iguodala than Paul Pierce.

Also, if he's actually PACKING a Pippen then this kid has a really bright future. Expect Wilt type numbers off the court.

It's Glen Taylor's team.

Does anyone remember Rubio stylin' on Kobe/CP3/LeBron/Wade in the 2008 Olympic Gold Medal game as a 17 year old?

Rubio has a very high ceiling if he truly is no longer Bricky

Ricky Rubio was one of the best 16/17 year olds ever. Knock on him is he's still pretty much the same guy.

lol lavine looked brutal last night

wiggins looked bad and wasn't facing like stymied defense or anything

i think if he and towns stick together, the latter will be considered more of the 1st option

but this year the decision making is in rubio's hands

gonna be a fun year

If Rubio can knock down jumpers consistently, just like he did last night... He's going to be one of the very best PG's in the league.

Not talking about hitting contested jumpers off the dribble, or taking nikkas 1on1 or something... Rather yet making most shots when they give him the space off of pick-n-rolls, being able to hit most 3's when left alone, things of that nature...

He was even driving/finishing better than I've ever seen him do it...

We'll see.

One game is more than enough for you to jump into crazy conclusions. Now McCollum is the better scorer in the league and there is a topic saying Blake Griffin is better than Anthony Davis. Oh my.

Rubio is a PURE Pg. 1000% pure. Purer than Rondo. If he can hit the jumper enough to keep defenses honest.... his teammates will be major beneficiaries.
