Well had a bit of an ankle sprain that seemed to limit him some down stretch but great game for 2nd game overall 28,14,4(altered 3 or 4 more),2 for KAT.. Also 2-0 record along with 2 Double Doubles to start NBA career. Oh he is only 19 years old..

Can anyone who watched the game say what they thought about Towns?

28/14 is quite an alarming statline to have for a 2nd game.

Okafor doesn't pay D. The ONLY similarity is his footwork.

That's a great game for a perennial All-Star.

He just gets it. There's a quiet greatness in him... he doesn't try to do too much unlike some rookies, instead he makes simple plays that work.

Lol Nuggets let a rookie do that to them?

Wiggns and Towns at their peaks are gonna be a problem

Holee **** dude is putting up 21/13/1.5/2 with just 2 turnovers on 59% per game, 89% from the line, in just 32 minutes

I mean the Nugget highest scorer I believe was Mudiay whose a rookie. The team is really weak this year.

This physically and how he moves more than how he plays

He doesn't have the length or coordination either...nobody would confuse him for a power forward like Duncan has been able to do.

He's got a sick set of most moves...

Towns is gonna be way better than Okafor when it's all said and done. Dude has a great attitude and mentality as well.

Towns is much better than I thought he would be. I just hope he's able to stay healthy he still moves kinda awkwardly (kinda like Bynum).

KG is a top 10 player all-time my dude. Davis is a great PnR offensive big man and shooter, but isn't a top impact defender yet.

I guess I have different criteria than most. But still, even if you disagree, you probably don't have him too far from there. He's an all-time great.

Believe me, I want AD to surpass KG and a bunch of other guys, but he needs to improve on that end. He has all the physical tools, but his pick-and-roll defense and rotations need to be sharper.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan, and he's a top 5 player in the league right now. Just saying.

KG won MVP. (when prime Shaq and Duncan were around).

Led his team to the best record and the WCF.

When AD does that, then we can consider him better than KG.
