Hate Kobe and love Steph but I have to go with the Black Mamba.

At his peak was almost comparable to Jordan. A beast on both ends of the court.

I'm not saying that he's as good as MJ.

He was not good enough to be compared to Jordan in any way shape or form.

09 Wade you can compare to early jordan a little bit. No Kobe season was close to 09 Wade, let alone an MJ season.

Yup. Kobe wasn't as good as prime Jordan but wasn't all that far off. Kobe is several tiers above Curry no disrespect towards him but Kobe impacts the game on both sides of ball at higher level than Curry has shown. Peak Kobe is top 10-15ish Curry maybe top 40?

Nope Kobe was great defender and his early days you must of been too young to have seen him play. Kobe was great defender for most part up until 2010 is when he really started to decline athletically.

One is leading his team to top records in a stacked conference, while the other was missing the playoffs and getting eliminated by Steve Nash in the first round multiple times. Gee I wonder

Nice stats, but what was his team's record over this stretch?

Didn't see that at first.
It's a nice record, but Kobe still had prime Shaq. Curry has never had a teammate anywhere near that dominant, not to mention he is currently dominating a much tougher Western Conference.

2003 Kobe in the 12 games before Shaq returned.

Well he did have Smush Parker as 2nd option. :lol

When he had decent help, he won back to back.

Why does this not surprise me :lol
Kobe has NEVER been good at carrying mediocre teams, which is why he isn't top 15.
