amazing. he might go down as the goat point guard if he wins a couple more MVP's. I can't believe he was robbed of finals MVP. The Cav's pretty much doubled him the entire series.

It's just ridiculous to see something so unique...
I mean, most superstars are somewhat comparable to other players in the past, but this? This is something new.

His shot is so good it makes all other elite shooters seem sub-par.

He is ridiculously good. What the ****.

DCL

looked like an effortless 53 because he's so good. he's just like standing 30-35 feet away, chilling around and looking like he's only waiting to set up some play, but then he launches missiles out of nowhere and boom. nobody can guard that.

CarlosBoozer
11-01-2015, 07:23 AM
How do you even defend him? He's shot selection doesn't even make sense :biggums:

shows how weak the league is that a 6-foot, 3-point shooter like curry can be the best player

he wouldn't sniff the top 5 in the 80's or 90's

Iggy played both sides of the floor in that series. He deserved it and was the x-factor.

Curry has a PER of 52.3 and a 76 TS%.

Except Curry's offense was less replaceable and therefore more valuable.

The reality is that Lebron shot poorly THE ENTIRE PLAYOFFS, not just against Iggy.. Curry was robbed of the MVP.. And his defense was actually quite good in the Finals:

"Curry’s ability to guard one-on-one allowed the Warriors’ wing defenders to double-team LeBron James effectively. When James was double-teamed, the Cavaliers scored 5 points on 2-of-18 shooting (11 percent)".

http://espn.go.com/blog/statsinfo/post/_/id/106718/iguodala-heads-all-playoff-defensive-team

yeah, lebron only got doubled 18 times the entire Finals... Amazing... Compare that to MJ getting doubled 10+ times in a single quarter AS A STANDARD (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?t=386210).

80's

MJ
Magic
Bird
Moses
Kareem

90's

MJ
Hakeem
Shaq
Malone
Barkley
Robinson

Curry is < than all these guys.. The only reason he's the best player in TODAY'S game is because today's game is tailored to suit his skillset.. Or maybe it's just a weak era :confusedshrug:

He is The One.

He doesn't even see Eric Gordon and Anthony Davis -- it's all green-tinted data streams and bad techno music in his head.

So the overwhelming majority finally agree he's the GOAT shooter, right? Gotta be by now.

If he played in the 60s they would remove the 3pt line creating the Steph Curry rule. At this point it's an unfair advantage.

Curry is like a modern day Wilt except he is a winner and is not Gay.
