A few months ago I listened to his Journals album front to back after somebody told me it was good and nothing like his pre puberty shit. My expectations were low but that was honestly fire. I couldn't believe I was heavily ****ing with a Bieber album but song after song was good. I think there was a lot of Weeknd influence on that album too.
I'm actually excited about his next album, especially for the collab with Abel.

This is the type of bullshit that needs to end. Just because its mainstream doesn't make it any worse or better asshole. I bet you're the loser that hates music not because of it's quality but because everyone listens to it. You must be so cool to be dropping names of these underground artists. I mean i'm quite honestly certain that you have interviews lined up from the media asking what quality music is and how to identify them for viewership. Right now he's 2-0 in my books. He's making decent shit. I actually liked "What do you mean". He's maturing. If he stays like this he can actually be a decent artist for all genders. He needs to aim to be like Justin Timberlake. You won't find me blasting or listening to his music with the windows down, but windows closed and it's on the radio I wouldn't necessarily skip.

They say he can pick up any instrument and play the shit out of it. Bieber is honestly a musical prodigy. He also has good stage presence and an "I don't give a phuck about anything" attitude. This kid has probably f*cked over 1,000 girls by the age of 20. He keeps getting better and better. I don't know if he writes his own songs but he must have a lot of interesting things to write about with all the things he's seen and experienced over the years.
People hate on him because his old music was teenybopper shit, but honestly the sky is the limit for Bieber.
Also, people are always whining about him being a spoiled bitch, but he acts exactly like the rockstars in the 60s and 70s did that everyone idolizes-who did things like paint their hotel rooms blue and do annoying shit to people just to do it. If Bieber was around in the 60s and 70s the same people calling him a spoiled bitch today would probably be calling him a no-phucks-given badass.

why do people always talk about a song like the artist actually produced the song? Both the songs were produced by skrillex and justin bieber is just featuring in where are you now... technically hes just working with better producers that are actually talented.

I agree with this. He has to slowly try to be like the next Justin Timberlake. If I remember correctly, Timberlake was kind of disliked for awhile about 10-15 years ago. Now people of all genders think most of his music is fire.
When I was younger, I didn't mind some of his songs. I just don't think he's all that talented to be as famous as he turned out to be.

Skrillex started the Jack U project wit Diplo and a change of style way before the collab with justin, but you wouldn't know anything about that so :confusedshrug:

Pop isn't just popular music, it has an own distinctive style to other genres.. some just hate that whole genre, at least the new age stuff.
