"Today marks the 20th anniversary of Kevin Garnett's first NBA game.
On Nov. 3, 1995, Garnett logged 16 minutes off the bench in a loss to the Sacramento Kings, shooting 4-for-4 from the field in amassing eight points (with just one rebound) on a Wolves squad that also featured Sam Mitchell.
Garnett wouldn't manage a double-figure outing until scoring 19 points in his sixth NBA game on Nov. 15, 1995 ... which happens to be the day that Wolves big man of the future Karl-Anthony Towns was born.
Want to feel even older?
There are 13 active players, according to my pal Micah Adams from ESPN Stats & Info, who weren't born yet when KG made his NBA debut. The Wolves actually have two of them on their roster.
