Curry under Kerr - 24/4/8 49%/44%/91%

Curry under Luke Walton - 37/5/6 60%/49%/96%

Is it time to think about letting Walton take over this team permanently?

No and no. The team has learned from experience. They are just more confident in what they are doing.

Hopefully it puts all this "system player" nonsense to a rest.

Also, great talent will win you more games than great coaching will. I do agree that coaching is needed to help groom players and run proper sets, but the talent still needs to execute and even go beyond that.

Fans are so damn clueless about who actually coaches a team.. 90% of the time its the assistants doing all the real work.. the head coach just listens to them and is a figure head to speak to the team what they find out from the assistants

Head coaches are motivational speakers and voices of reason. Guys who players will respect and trust. While the no name nobodies behind the scene do all the real work

Warriors have a great system and Curry is a great player. You can't separate the 2 in this case.

Luke Walton is just using the system and culture that Kerr implanted.

Speaks to Kerr's greatness more than anything.

True, it will come down. Probably more amazing, he's playing under 32 minutes a game.

Or Gentry's greatness.
For the offense. Yes. Ron Adams for the defense.

Good God that defense on Memphis last night.

Is OP one of those people who think Mark Jackson was a good coach?

Nice try, but Walton has done this for FOUR games, not 3.

Curry single-handedly gonna get Walton a head-coaching job next summer.
