This is how Obama gets so many supporters, despite his policies being utter train wrecks - most people don't look beyond surface appearances and so rejoice over having a 'cool' President that sounds smart to them, and who can ridicule the people they don't like effectively. FDR was quite similar in this respect, though lacking the pomp and glamour of Obama, who has truly conflated the duties of Executive office with being a kind of celebrity extraordinaire. I have read academic articles that claim Obama 'stands above politics, almost as a God' - i quote near verbatim: that is truly the level of worship he has achieved among his so-called 'educated' followers, and it really goes to demonstrate his status as a celebrity President, a rather sad portrayal of this vainglorious age of ours.

Case in point, Lebron23: surely no-one thinks even for a second that this fool knows the slightest thing about politics, history or economics?

And you're right dude: i'm not a highschool graduate (they don't have such things in England), but i am a Graduate School graduate, which means a fair bit more (though it means little to me: I take almost no pride in the fact, and have never considered the education process to be much more than a joke).
