Who has the potential to lead league in scoring, be MVP and lead a team full of role players to tha finals. This guy has to have potential to at least win 1 game against a top 2 stacked team in the finals who have at least 2 all Stars. Who you think ISH?

Do you mean play like Iverson, or just meet the criteria you gave in your OP?

Iverson is mad overrated. Wiggins in 2years >>>>>> Iverson has ever been at both ends.

curry did it last year

he could easily lead the league in scoring if he wanted too as he showed us in the playoffs and during this season as well. he is just not a stat padder so after he murders teams in 2 or 3 quarters he sits for the rest.

Curry lead the league in scoring last year? :yaohappy:

Curry led a team of role players to the finals? :yaohappy:

Curry beat a top 2 stacked team (Love out, Kyrie for one game)? :yaohappy:

"Who has the potential to lead league in scoring"

"This guy has to have potential to at least win 1 game against a top 2 stacked team in the finals who have at least 2 all Stars."

Curry didn't win all star mvp, had better all star teammate, team was wayy more stacked and his team also had the better record. Curry don't fit criteria.

Last year already happened you dolt. Therefore, "potential" doesn't apply.

Curry made Thompson. Thompson sucks man. He isn't making that All-Star team if he isn't playing in CUrry's offense and feeding off his splash bro's hype shit. Thompson is a really good role player, not a true all star by any means.

Golden State are a team of good role players. There are no true All-Stars next to Curry.

No, I absolutely think Curry is capable of winning a scoring title. However, you said that he met OP's criteria last year, which is not true, since he didn't win the scoring title.

you aren't getting what I'm saying, Curry could lead the league in scoring if he wanted to. he doesn't because he blows out teams by half time and isn't about empty stats...

Barnes, Iggy, Lee, Bogut, and Green are wayyy better role players than 01 Iverson had:lol

they are still role players though.. neither of those guys or superstars, not even all stars..

Iggy and Bogut are great defensive role players, but their just role players.. you put either of those guys on the Nets or another shitty team and they aren't going to turn them into .500 team

I definitely disagree. You're telling me that the 01 sixers are stacked just like the 15 Warriors right? :facepalm :lol

true they are all solid role players

warriors were for sure better than the sixers but it still doesn't change the fact that the warriors are all role players besides Steph Curry.

I'd have to say the closest comparison might be Westbrook, high volume scorer, good drive and slasher, plus he never has a ring just like Iverson. :lol

Okay so what you are looking for is a star who doesn't have any other good offensive players to play with.

So here is the list:

D. Wade from 2007-2011

Chris Paul in New Orleans

Rose...before Chicago got Gasol and before Butler broke out.

Durant, when Westrbrook was injured.

Westbrook when Durant was injured last year.

Lebron with no Irving and Love in the playoffs last year

You're both such idiots.

Iggy is not a role player. He accepted a lesser role to be a true contender. He was a legit star, Allstar, and made team USA before the Warriors. He led the 76ers to .500 records and the playoffs multiple times. He even has more playoff success than Bosh, which all you Kobetards claim is a "superstar".

Klay is an Allstar and was the best 2-way shooting gaurd last year.

And Draymon and Bogut and top 3 defensively at their positions. The Warriors success is based on their defense. They have top 3 defenders at every position and Curry is their weakest defensive player.

That team is the most stacked in the league gtfo. AI's help isn't in the same universe as Curry's help... Or FMVP Iggy's I should say.
