It looks ridiculous to us, but I'm sure some of them would find us playing ball as mundane and pointless as well. I don't gym, I only ball. So that is my exercise, my anti-drug, my timepass, ball is life. I am in great shape because I LOVE TO BALL, so that means I do it for fun. They look like they are enjoying themselves. Plenty of women hate cardio because they hate the treadmill and it's boring. This is their version of basketball, allow it. I have 0 issues with whatever women wanna do to be in shape, as long as it isn't some sort of surgery (lipo).
