Anyway, 20-24 year old women can be a bit unkempt in the bathroom in my experience; otherwise it's no different. Anyone can be a total slob and pain in the ass to live with.

Women are way, way dirtier. Clothes, hair, and dishes everywhere. They're also passive aggressive, but I still enjoyed having female roommates. It's definitely an experience.

Girl house/flatmates are disgusting when it comes to keeping bathrooms clean and enjoy causing drama about stupid shit whenever things are calm and relaxed.

Good luck my friend, your situation can turn out bad if it is more than one girl living in the same flat share.

Good girl flatmates that don't create needless drama and keep the bathroom semi-tidy exist, but are rare.

Remember, women get jealous quickly so try to pay equal attention if you stay with them.

If you think you will get a huge orgy with 4-5 ladies in single bed with you or whatever other perverted fantasy you may have then boy are you mistaken. You can sleep with one of them but not all. Women know everything, especially who you are sleeping with or who you are trying to sleep with. They tend to gossip about this stuff in private. Don't flirt with all of them even in private because they will know. They always do.

Most importantly, always be a gentleman. I am not very good with the ladies myself. My mind starts twisting and twirling like a fu<king idiot when I am around them. Especially hot women. I would probably forget how to multiply, divide, something basic I learned in 4th grade if super hot (happened few times on class projects.. had me scared sh!tless when I couldn't talk with them directly except over email or chat). I am always friendly with them though. Smile often even if nothing to smile about.

Do your chores because you don't want to deal with drama lol. Women are known for drama if you are a scumbag yourself (varies obviously from girl to girl).
