His vision is unparalleled. When you see those plays it's easy to understand why most NBA coaches deem him to be the cerebral player in history.

not even the best pass in that gif to be honest, Love's pass out of the post was money, if Lebron was an adequate 3 point shooter he should have taken that open 3. Instead he protected his fg% and opted for a risky cross court pass to pad his assists

that is a basic, ordinary, easy pass that anyone can make.

only a dumb lebron fan would post some basic shit just because Lebron did it.

also, passing is easier in today's game with defenders being more spread out by the spacing - it's easier to shift a spaced-out defense than defenders that are all bunched together, like previous eras.. everyone's assist averages in today's game should technically be discounted compared to previous eras, to account for the spacing making it easier.

Post a video of you doing it then.

Make an offhand pass with one arm across court over the top of a defense perfectly into a shooter's pocket.

We all know you don't have any friends so just draw a circle on the wall and aim at that.

Go find me a gif where Jordan did a one handed cross court pass with his left hand, right on the money so the shooter was in perfect position to launch.

That pass was more difficult and better than any pass Jordan had thrown in his entire career. If you don't agree you're just a dumb k^nt. Is that how it works?

catches it one handed with his left and quickly throws a perfectly placed ball to an open man in the corner

jordan never did stuff like this, if he did it was extremely rare

lebron does little stuff like this multiple times throughout every single game

us lebron fans are just used to it, but guys his size shouldn't be able to do shit like this

totally unfair

lebron has a way of making remarkable things look basic

you couldn't do that with your off-hand, even if you tried 100+ times, and we're not talking about in a professional game setting, just you in your moms basement with no pressure and you still couldnt

because you never leave the house let alone play basketball

we're not saying it's the greatest thing ever, but it's certainly an impressive pass considering it was his off-hand and didn't even need to touch the ball with his right to initiate it

Other than the % of field goals assisted is about the same or lower than it was in the past. Assists are pretty much what they always were. From 1980 until 2015 between 56 and 62 percent of field goals were assisted. With 2010 being the low point. Peaking in 96 97 at 62%.

It was a pretty good pass...this one shows his ambidextrousness and accuracy more-so than vision.

Even though many players would not have found Jefferson there, because they would have first caught the ball before looking for an open player (or trying to get their own shot)...and in that extra split second Jefferson probably would not have been open anymore. I'd say that 75% of PGs would have had the "vision" or awareness to see that...and around 40% of all other players.

Yea and the thing is he makes it look so damn easy, simple... as long time observers we are kindof to used to see him make these passes to get riled up, it indeed is simple, for him i mean.... but if you played basketball for a while you know its not that simple to throw it like that over the defense immediately after catching a pass before that, its like where you almost touch pass it crosscourt... using only your of hand... and land it perfectly on the shooters pocket...

you guys being serious? that pass is nothing special at all it is bad defense

Lebron is a great passer, but common Monte Ellis(the guy guarding Richard Jefferson) is so far out of position that he is under the charge circle when Lebron catches the ball while his man is waiting for a corner 3.

Not sure wtf Ellis is doing on this play to be honest, he didn't do anything in the paint the pacers already had it locked down and he gets stuck on the wrong side of the court when one of the best passers in the league has it.
