40/5/4 on 58 percent. Not bad Reggie. :applause:

Him and Drummond are proving to be an effective duo.

It's a shame they traded that talent for Jeremy Lamb and Dion Waiters. :oldlol:

dem Thunder scouts, mannnnSam Presti is easily one of the best drafters in the league. Don't think that he wins many trades, though.

Scott Brooks was terrible with talent though, Westbrook and Durant were can't go wrong players but the way he treated their other draft picks sucked. No minutes then they'd get played when someone was injured and struggle for consistency due to lack of preparation. Didn't give guys enough minutes in blow outs.

Damn... Gotta see GD or Dawkins' recap of this. Well this and Drummond's 20/20 game.

Detroit is looking strong AF boys.

He stuck with Brooks too long. Scott Brooks is great for those 3-4 years that you build through the draft, collecting blue chip talents. He brings positive energy and encourages young guys while the losses accumulate. He can't structure an offense, at all. He also did a really poor job of incorporating some of the young talent that were drafted in the 20s once the team started winning. Once this team was primed for deep playoff runs, he needed to change coaches.

That being said, Jeremy Lamb was realistically the biggest failure of Brooks, right? PJ3 can't shoot. Reggie Jackson was pretty good for them (excellent late 1st pick) until he wanted out so he could secure a big contract. Roberson can't shoot the 3 either, though he brings it on D (good value for end of first round). So I guess they needed a shooting coach for Roberson & PJ3. Huestis was a waste of a pick, so Presti failed there.

I think for this team's future, they should have picked Rodney Hood over McGary in 2014. He's not good enough on D to be an elite 3&D guy, but he'd be perfect offensively at SG. Better defensively than Morrow, too. McGary is kinda superfluous considering they traded for Kanter.
