What do you guys think? Last season he averaged 12 ppg on 50 FG%, and 7 rpg for the Lakers.

Knicks or the Nets can sign him.

He's a good insurance PF for anyone if paid the vet minimum.

He seems like a good locker room guy, anybody know anything about that?

he should.

not starter quality anymore, but a good source of points and boards off the bench for 10-15 a night. would have been a better pick up for MIA than stat. still think pacers should look at him.

I could have sworn the Heat signed him on a vet minimum...

Huh. Guess not. He should go to Dallas, he could get quality bench minutes backing up Dirk, and he could be *somewhat* of an offensive threat for their bench. He's still capable of ~8/3 in 15 or so minutes/game.

Doubt LeBron would be ok with that considering what went down.

Maybe he's a bit more of an elder statesman now, but he was a terrible teammate in Utah. Literally would not play if he had a hangnail. Said repeatedly that his body is an "investment" and he can't risk injury. Lot of guys got sick of that. Plus, he absolutely refused to play defense.

I could see someone picking him up as a 10 minute a night spark of offense off the bench. But if you are looking for that, there are plenty of other (better) options.

He's the kinda guy who is bad if he can't execute his go-to offense, and he was always a poor defender. He also seems like the kinda guy who would look miserable to be around if he's sucking ass.

His contact-phobic, footwork-standstill defense alone will disqualify him from the starting lineup from most starting lineups

Crazy how Bulls had the best or one of the best defenses in the league with (or despite) having him as their starting PF for multiple years.
