Green: 50 (6.3 APG)
Curry: 47 (5.9 APG)

Pretty remarkable stuff. Alot of noise about Curry this season but Green's improvement in virtually all facets of his game notably his ball handling, passing & 3PT shooting has completely gone under the radar.

Green is money. He puts in work. Loves his job. Andre's assists should be getting up there.

People talk about the value of 3&D players but passing is probably the next greatest asset a non-superstar can have on a championship team.

By passer I don't mean playmaking by breaking down the defense, just the ability to quickly swing the ball to the right guy when you receive it (presumably from the guy who managed to draw more than 1 defender to him). This destroys double teams and collapsing defenses so hard.

They been saying it the last few weeks. He looks to pass the ball 1st. Keeps getting better at his craft.

Not to mention Iguodala once again has a ridiculously good assist/TO ratio. 32 assists and 7 turnovers in 8 games. Legit PG skills.

His versatility is amazing. Lead a contending team in Assists and Rebounds is no small task.

I remember the time when ISH would bust a tit if a top PG wasn't getting assists :lol

something the OKC role players struggle with immensely

not to mention there aren't any knock-down outside shooters sitting around except for durant and morrow(when he's actually on the court)

to me, durant is by far the most valuable player in the league. LBJ comes in second, with AD and Harden behind. Curry is somewhere in the top 10 I guess

It's only bad if Westbrook does it apparently.

A lot of his assists come by of Steph passing to him out of the double team. Drays job is to catch it and quickly pass it off to the open man. He racks up assists that way. He's also great off the break. He can push it and pass it. He can throw up some nice lobs too.
Versatile guy he is.

the curry effect. Curry is willing to sacrifice stats to play off ball. Unlike bran, who had wade being rendered useless coz he wants stats

One of the greatest role-players I've ever witnessed, tbh... At the end of his career he'll, most likely, be up there with Bobby Jones, Dennis Rodman, Robert Horry, Michael Cooper..........

I agree pretty much. I see him right there with Cooper. He means a lot to this team.

you mean where he had a triple double in the clinching game?

the offense runs through draymond right now, curry brings it up and draymond works everything from the top of the key. curry has become more involved off the ball which makes the entire team more dangerous. this team has the top-of-the-line role players
