Heat owe 3 first round picks already (one to Philly, two to Phoenix), so that means that they can't trade a pick until 2021 at the earliest I think.

They don't really have trade chips other than Whiteside and Winslow. And it would be dumb to give up either of those guys to get Winslow. They got to ride it out with Dragic for now.
