I don't understand this from Memphis' POV. Udrih is clearly > Chalmers.

Any team paying Chalmers a salary above the minimum is getting ripped off.

Stupid downgrade for an attempt to get more 3s. It was shocking how solid Beno was for the Grizz after a couple years in obscurity

Dragic has been beyond disappointing. He's missing wide open lay ups and the offense looks better when Tyler Johnson is running the offense. Dragic needs to step it up.

That pretty much sums up how I feel. I really like Chalmers, but it was time for him to go. Gonna miss him though

Memphis realized that they can execute perfectly and still get beat by teams that shoot 3's.

Chalmers is going to get so many wide open looks playing with Gasol and Zbo

Udrih is a good player, but the Grizz don't need any help getting shots inside the arc. Udrih is a midrange pull-up shooter.
