From the Laker games I've seen this year, he's doing what he's supposed to do, playing defense, protecting rim. Not sure why anyone expects more than that.

Hibbert is a great defensive anchor, but only for a team that WANTS to play defense. the rest of the lakers starting 5 show no interest in playing any sort of defense, which in turn, makes hibbert look useless. hes working to be a great vocal leader. sadly, the team doesnt follow. Put him on a team like boston, and he'd be much more appreciated nation wide.
