First half did a fine job of illustrating the skill discrepancy between Andre Drummond and DeMarcus Cousins.

Drummond's biggest asset throughout his young career has been his giant size and ability to get his hands on rebounds, then tipping and ooping his way to 14-16 points. He's begun to bully some centers this year into getting himself a nice close jump hook opportunity. When he plays teams who double down or feature skilled centers who make him work in the post though, it all falls apart in a hurry.

Cousins, meanwhile, has the skills, but isn't quite as freakish as Andre. He's probably a bit less stable as well. But he clearly has a better handle on all the different types of basketball skills. Drummond continuing to sag off of Cousins after four made jumpers also says a bit about his general awareness at this point.
