LeBron has aged just fine athletically for his age. He had a couple of odd years in 2011 and 2012, but has been an excellent athlete since. No, not what he was from 04-10, but it would be totally unrealistic to expect to that. And current LeBron pretty much weighs what he used to in his initial go as a Cavalier. He was big from 2011-2013, but has definitely dropped 10-15 pounds since.
