Imo, Steelix, Charizard, and Jolteon would be a good trio.

Steelix is pretty much invincible to zombies, Charizard for flying + times you need heavy firepower or fire. And Jolteon when you need electricity plus a cool dog like companion.

Dragonite (has electric moves and some water moves and I think he was the toughest non legendary?), Gengar (he's a ghost so he would be immune to zombies as he's already dead) and Charizard (burn up hordes of walkers and transportation).

You can just fly to an uninhabited island and live there with the flying pokemon. Don't need to live in a house surrounded by ground infested zombies. If there are zombies, then there clearly aren't enough of them such that killing them all in one day is possible.

Save your Pokemon from stress. Save you some stress.

Now, to come to a conclusion my top three Pokemon would be

1. Charizard (burns the zombies, creates warmth, provides fire to cook, can navigate and fly)
2. Blastoise (provides water, freezes zombies, navigate through water)
3. Steelix (can't get bit, can create tunnels, muscle through walkers)

This was pretty hard tbh.

Wouldn't you just need Charizard? Fly away whenever you want and he can make fire for cooking/warmth. And just burn up anything in your way. Finding water should be easy since he can just fly to a lake or something.

1. Pikachu for best friend, laughter & to keep company
2. Dragonite for clearing out an entire neighborhood in minutes while flying. He can learn same moves as Charizard and even more. Very versatile.
3. Tyranitar.. He can make very loud noise to attract all zombies within 25 mile radius. Dragonite would sweep in from the air and kill them all. The greatest 1-2 super-punch ever.

I have watched Naked and Afraid and I know one of the most important things in survival is getting purified water. Suicune can purify any water I find. He's also a dog, so can take watchdog shifts with Arcanine, and due to his water powers, he can put out any fires Arcanine sets, and he also knows Ice moves, which are useful vs Zombies. He can also hunt, and freeze any food or meat I find, that Arcanine can reheat and cook whenever.












This is the perfect team in case of zombie invasion. It is also a solid Fire/Water/Grass core.

Can Chansey or Blissey combat zombie bites? If so, that makes it too easy.

Can Chansey go back in its pokeball or does it stay outside? I imagine the fact that it's a fat slow immobile blob would work against your survival if it can't go back in its ball.

It's fast upon escaping, that's exactly what's needed. GJ on that front, chansey.

What does the pokedex say about Chansey's ability to heal zombie bites? Conventional medicine doesn't work to cure zombiesm, so conventional Chansey healing might not either.

Chansey can heal status conditions but in the pokemon universe, the only status conditions are poisoned, paralyzed, asleep, burned and frozen.

There is nothing to suggest that Chanseys have the ability to heal infections or viruses.
