I get upset/down when I haven't had sex. What does that say about me? Is this normal?

I get in a funk when my wife isn't putting out for a longer period of time than I'm used too. I start feeling down and upset with the people around me. Is this normal behavior or is something wrong with me?

BTW, jerking off is NOT a solution for me. It doesn't get rid of my sexual urges. I have to have real body to body contact with a woman in order to be satisfied sexually.

But feeling "down" about it and getting irritable with people around you is something perhaps you need to explore because that's more of a you issue than it is anyone else.


I wouldn't call it "abnormal" as most human experience, thoughts, feelings and emotions are normal for humans but it's def something you need to look inward about

Here's the think about discussing it with my wife. When I discuss it with her and nothing changes it pisses me off even more. And in her eyes, when I talk to her about it she feels forced to do it rather than it being natural. I don't want her to feel like I'm forcing her to do it, but yet I still want it.
