The quality if sweet as **** on these videos... basic camera angles, no shitty overdone floor cams, new play on sreen with the audio of the recent play running, no middle of the play slow motions stuff or whatever, the shit NBA and other people try to do nowadays to look for different stuff.

Dirk's face up, post, and pull up game really was solid early on in his career...and his ability to floor the ball was pretty special from the jump...
But, alas, he's just Channing Frye with a better jumper

Yes, but damn, forgot just how much of a twig he was, put on a lot of muscle later even if it doesn't look like it. People were concerned about Porzingis but Kristaps looks like a strongman in comparison. I can better understand why he never played the post back then. Looking at young KG you can understand why he was such a high touted prospect to be drafted out of high school when that wasn't the norm.
I mean, you compare KG to even one and done and you see just how talented he was, hitting smooth long jump shots, dribbling the ball on break, posting up. A great talent, too bad his prime was wasted on Minny.

OP can you add the new ones they are putting up?
Paul Pierce had an amazingly athletic rebound in the one they put up of him lol. Always played like an old man but he was a pretty good athlete coming out.
For people that are interested in scouting talent (like me) these videos are the best way for me to gauge how good a draft prospect or rookie is going to be.
People overrate strength and physically NBA "ready" body look soooooo much. Almost all greats were very skinny, very fast/quick (compared to at least others of that position), and had decently good handles or full speed body control with a basketball (e.g., Bron vs. Joey Graham).

This, man the nostalgia I feel watching any highlights from big time players in the 2000s
Childhood memories, irreplaceable

NBA added all their first 40-point games, and including the 4 ATG's from above, Pierce's first too.
