The one who shots the ball is Jordan, else would have been a missed shot

No but its true Kobe is visually the closest thing to Jordan ive seen at least (Wade perhaps aswell), similar size / position / style / mimicry and Kobe didnt keep his Jordan patterning a secret, he was rather close talent/skill wise aswell, but Jordan is just Jordan man, out of this world, he was literally better at everything except perhaps 3pt% / ft% which was about the same.

As far talent/skill/domination/stats and all, the closest thing to match him after he retired i would say was either Shaq or Lebron, different games / ways of doing it tho.

the main difference between Kobe and MJ is the era they played in and reffing

it's insane how identical their styles are. Kobe is hands down the closest we have seen to MJ in all aspects of the game: mindset, skill set, domination, accolades. amazing careers.

It's true, I don't know why people play it off as a negative. Kobe wanted to go out there and be the best, who else would you look to learn from then the GOAT himself? If it was easy every 2 guard would be out there playing like Mike, but it isn't, Kobe still put in work

Disagree here. Not the closest to MJ in terms of impact, that belongs to peak Shaq, Lebron and even peak Duncan. Agree on the rest

I also like to speak badly of Kobe but in the end of the day i realize that he has 5 rings while my idol, King James, only has 2 :(

Nobody will deny Kobe's status as an all time great but what truly separates guys like Larry, Magic, Kareem, Dr J and Michael from everybody was the fact they were truly ORIGINAL!!! Nobody played with their styles before them!

Kobe is like the one kid in the world who saw Jordan's "Come fly with me video" and actually pulled off MOST of what he saw on a professional level which is really impressive by itself since an ENTIRE GENERATION grew up wanting to be MJ down to the damn tongue wagging and really nobody else came close to SUSTAINING IT as long as Kobe, guys like Grant Hill, Michael Finley, T-Mac and Vince Carter did it for a while but did not endure or translate into the success Kobe had.

Kobe will never be considered original by any STRETCH of the imagination but he brought old school work ethic and competitiveness to the table (sometimes to his detriment) that you really had to admire.

Michael was not original at all.. he was the next Dr. J brah.. Palming the ball, free-throw line dunk.. the cradle dunk.. etc etc. He just won more (in the NBA) due to playing in a weak era. Get your head examined.

The truth is no one else can replicate Jordan's moves so that's why Kobe gets so much shit.

Jordan palmed the ball because he had HUGE frigging hands!!! That stuff goes way back to Wilt and Connie Hawkins!

The only reason Michael was compared to Dr J in the VERY EARLY days was because of his leaping and dunking ability! That comparison died down after a few years because their games were NOTHING ALIKE!!!

Kobe literally MIMICKED Jordan's moves and mannerisms down to a T! Like I said give credit to Kobe for being the only one to actually be successful pulling it off for a long time and achieving everything he did but let's not kid ourselves, he straight up COPIED Michael Jordan, not just had elements of Michael in his game, he COPIED his entire style from Michael.
