They are not violent or killing people in the name of Islam, but they want to implement Shariah Law. So please educate us fellow Muslims of the board. Is this considered Moderate Islam?

They say that about half of every western/european muslim would vote for Sharia law in their country.
That's a great deal of muslims who are borderline fundamentalist.
I think the government needs to have a good hard look at these surveys, when they look at associated problems of terrorist attacks like the one in Paris France. There's a pocket of muslims in the town of Marseille not too far from the city of Paris. I can guarantee you a good portion of those are trouble.

Honestly, I'm sick of hearing about "moderate Islam". Who are we to say what is and isn't moderate? Check your privilege whitey and accept other peoples cultures. #jihadistlivesmatter

3 groups IMO
The ones who are extreme.
The one's who teeter on the edge of fundamentalism(want sharia but aren't violent)
the moderates

The guessing game is what we are trying to work out who we are at war with.
But since you already know how to deal with all this, maybe you could enlighten us.
Your tweet comment is sick bro. You should be banned for that.

There's a 4th actually. The Reformers. They actually want to eliminate the previous three by educating fellow Muslims that they must put the Koran down and adapt their religious views to a 21st century world.
There are plenty of great Muslim Reformers out there, but their voices are silenced by the media. I only see them on Fox News. The problem is, a lot of people are content with the term "moderate" for Muslims, thinking that these are the most peaceful and furthest from extremism. This is false. The moderates are the ones that turn the other cheek and embrace the security of their Western world. They just condemn extremist actions, yet blame non-Muslims for Islamophobia when they get angry after a terrorist attack. These are the ones we need to worry about the most.

They are the 3rd. The 3rd level moderates are the progressives. The one's who aren't concerned with defying the country's laws and traditions(they wear normal clothing, they talk normally, they work and appreciate their opportunity)
My two iranian friends are in this group. there is hope.

Most people come on a basketball forum to talk basketball, others come here to troll things they have no understanding of.

So then enlighten us! After all, you are a Muslim. Or are you another Muslim that doesn't know his history as well?
Quit yer bitching and watch the video and explain to us what kind of Islam they are trying to spread over there in London.
No, now THAT is islamic extremism, just "normal" people who simply want to digest so much of the religion as possible (nothing wrong with that, just dont like them / i at least avoid them, dont like sharia law and im muslim myself).... the so called "Islamic extremism" most (western) people think of (terrorists) are not extremists, they are terrorists/criminals.
Then there is a huge difference between a moderate say a European/Western (Bosnian muslim) where Sharia law is not practiced to the vicinity of an Arabian muslim in Arabia... nor is the culture, fashion, food or the opinions of the hijab (veil) etc...
If 100000 Arabs came to Bosnia and wanted things their way WE TO would object despite sharing the same religion, because it conflicts with OUR WAY....
Just like if 100000 Orthodox Russians came to America and wanted whatever catholic Orthodox law there, you may object....

Hell no, as a Bosnian/Bosniak and any Bosnian/Bosniak i ever knew we dont care/want Sharia Law.... but then again most of us Bosnians/Bosniaks are very secular/half-assed "muslims"...

Thank you, sir. So this is considered extremism then?? Because that's exactly what I thought. They are imposing their own law on random citizens which in turn violates the country's laws. Sharia Law and anyone who follows it needs to be weeded out of every country.

Let me ask you a few questions since you're a half-assed Muslim and I'm a half-assed Christian.
1. Do you drink alcohol? Can you?
2. If you date and eventually marry a non-Muslim, are you forced to convert her?
3. Do you pray every day? Do you have to?
4. Do you eat pork? Can you?
5. Should Islam have a reformation where Islamic countries are more Democratic and essentially have a Separation of Mosque and State?

Secular, progressive muslims aren't a concern. You guys are good in my books
The ones we are talking about are the fundamentalists. The guys who want Sharia, who are hellbent on pay back and jihad on America and non-believers etc.
