Ive been saying this stuff for years. About unity and getting along
And being accepting of others opinions thoughts and beleifs as long as they dont harm you.
Look it up i even created a thread back during the 2015 finals called ISH unity about putting differences aside and all cheering for lebron (even though im a kobe guy)

I cant explain why people are so divided and over such meaningless crap.
Im an atheist and i have full blown religious friends and although we dont share the same core beliefs we never hold it against eachother. We even give eachother alot of sht just in the name of fun. I have friends of different race. Same thing.

Nz and aus are a great example of two countries living cohesively together. Even though we absolutely despise eachother in sports and give eachother so much crap about everything. I have still felt very welcome here.

Isil may be out for blood but their actions should not dictate the way we treat eachother. Only the way we treat them.

Even here on ish i see people fighting constantly about how we should handle them. WE ARE ON THE SAME TEAM YOU MORONS.

On an ISH level we have the bron vs kobe thing which is fun most times but there are a few people who take it way too seriously.

A guy that usually uploads videos of him watching rugby is sitting in front of a green screen pretending to be a news station.

Seems legit.

I've seen this posted all over facebook, and it is some of the worst journalism I've seen in my time. Unbelievable really...

"You're helping ISIL"...

Should have just come out and said "If you don't agree, you're a bad person, don't know shit, and you're helping ISIL".

We could be in the midst of another war if we don't wisen up quick.

This isn't the war I want to fight. They being "all Muslims" are not the enemy, ISIL is.

It's a good message he's putting across though. He had to dumb it down a bit for the general public to fully comprehend it.

He is explaining the lead up steps to a war in which ISIL wants, if we choose to go down the "hate all Muslims" path.

Lowkey left wing Islam apologist

In what part of that segment did he show those traits?

I don't know, but that just looked like a pretty simple straight forward message to me.

In the past he has probably pushed on the Islam apologist side too hard sure. But in this instance, no.

Its strange how most people's mind draw to negativity alot easier then positivity.

ISH is a prime example. All the troll threads or hatred threads get twice as much traffic and a more frequently made.

To be loving caring or kind or anything of that nature nowadays seems to be viewed as weak naive or vulnerable.

Yet in my eyes to be hateful fearful and angry with a tendency to retaliate with twice the force can also bd viewed as weakness. On ISH we call it getting salty or meltdowns or living rent free.

Much like we give power and relevance to constant retarded trolls like 3ball and dubeta. Because we cant help but try to troll em back or whatever. Weve given the same relevance to isil. Alot of this is the medias fault honestly.

So what?? Hes right.

I never even said anything about his opinion... I simply stated how poorly he presented that.

And no, he isn't right. The issue isn't anywhere near as black and white as he likes to make it seem. Immigration is a big deal now. It isn't about whether you "belong" or don't. It is about safety of the people in the country you live in.
There are so many political, and economic factors to everything that is happening right now, and all he has is "do it, because it is right, and because I said so" as his excuse.

Jesus Plow is switched on here.

Personally I don't like how guys like this dude are blanketing the whole situation and absolving any issues that are present, like immigration. Muslims or not, it is a serious issue and has to be addressed. The sympathizers that come after a tragedy and try to stop the world from spinning. The world never stops, we can't just sit back and wait for the skies to clear. That achieves nothing and helps no one.

Haha, I'm not sure if you're mocking me half the time, but completely agree mate.

His solution is "more love"... His solution is "coming together"... I wonder how all this will help in terms of stoping these kinds of things happening? What exactly is his solution? Come together and this will all stop? These people have an agenda. Us coming together won't simply make all that go away.

People on my facebook are praising this guy as if he has offered some kind of solution, when in fact all he has done is pulled a few heartstrings. He is great at that; selective material and facts. What exactly is his plan or solution?

Human nature 101 at work essentially

People have base level understandings of things, read articles, watch youtube videos... "Oil bad... USA evil, etc etc"

Like you said, there are so many different sides and levels to this... Someone on facebook will say "Well the USA funds ISIS!".... It clearly isn't that simple... Money flows in various ways... Organized crime drug money all too often is funding political campaigns.. Oil is the magnet of funds that ties it all together in the middle east... Way too many layers to make blanket statements as such...

This message sounds a little bit too much like "better accept and be welcoming to Islam fully, or else!"

It should be perfectly fine to criticise Islamic bigotry, misogyny and more extreme, conservative elements in the religion. Nobody really has a problem with Muslims who believe in a modern, secular concept of human rights. That's part of the rub, sadly a lot of them don't and we should criticise that and say that's unwelcome in our society.

If we criticise Islam, Muslims have no other choice but becoming violent murdering lunatics who want to kill all the infidels and apostates? Please, I give Muslims a little more credit than that.

Within a year and half, they'll build and pay for a wall to keep themselves out. Don't you worry.
