Could have been a foul. I didn't watch too closely. The refs didn't call it and it was over. He had the guts to go at him in that situation and the risk paid off.

its a blurry play and i understand swallowing your whistle at the end of games... i usually prefer it

but i also believe in punishing defenders for being too aggressive near the end of games.

watch butler's arm... this was not incidental contact as a result of the block. it was a block as a result of deliberate contact. if he had of gone straight up for the block, george would have at least gotten the shot off (maybe not made it)

he only managed to block the shot because he overextended his reach to the point of a foul

What's the point??? I don't want to turn this into a Rose vs Butler debate. Butler made a great play and you seem to be disappointed. Thats what I cant grasp.

I just went back and watched the play again. George puches off when the ball is inbounded to him. Why isn't that brought up. If the Butler block was a foul thag was missed, it was only after George pushes off and thus fouls him.first

the hell? not even close. with a better roster the past two years this bulls team still isnt on that 2011 team and thats because were missing our superstar.

jimmy is a beast, best 2 in the league right now until harden gets his shit together, but you must be trolling here.

for a large market team, not many seem to watch the bulls. yeah jimmy is the best player on the squad right now, but rose, with boozer as his second option, won 62 games and made the conference finals. butler isnt quite there yet.

You're off base again. Very few players can carry a team. Butler isn't there yet. Paul George is slightly better at the moment because he can. But Butler might be the better all around player at the moment.
