It is much more DJ's mistake than it is Blake's.

Blake sees CP3 smash himself on a screen, it's ok to try to switch to Curry. Actually CP3 manages to squish between the two opponents (but it's an unlikely and very quick event), so he doesn't stay on Green (but you cannot certainly blame him for that).

On the contray DJ had no reason whatsoever to do what he did there - except being overly worried about a possible pass to Curry.
