He's averaging only 28 minutes but still putting up monster stats. 18 minutes tonight in a relatively close game.
What's the strategy behind that Heat fans?

He was out a lot of the first half because of foul trouble.
He was out most of the 4th because they had a good lead and didn't want Karl to implement the hacking strategy
he's usually a terrible FT shooter.
They won the game.

But 28 for the season? He must foul a lot

Freeman touched on it a little
Has a history of injuries. Yes when he's playing he piles up stats but he also has a lot of shining decencies in his game. prone to turnovers, not a good shot creator, not a great man to man defender, doesn't defend the pick and roll well, etc
injury concerns + the aforementioned negatives brings context to the 30 mins a game situation
And it's not unheard of that a big center like him isn't playing 35-40 minutes a night

Its because about 3 or 4 times this season, the Heat 2nd unit, which features Bosh and 4 bench players, has begun the 4th and blown open a game. Hassan, Deng and Wade have sat out about 3 or 4 entire 4th quarters because of how good that lineup has been.
Its also why only 2 players on the Heat right now are averaging over 30 minutes and they are just barely doing that too.

You've been refreshing the nba forum waiting for me to post huh?
:lol
Don't you ever get tired of trying to get back at me? Don't you realize by now it's never gonna happen and that you're always gonna be beneath me on here and in life? I guess your autism kinda prevents you from understanding social cues and hard truth reality.

Wiltside: 15 points, 11.3 rebounds, 4.5 blocks in 28.8 MPG.
Only 2.2 TOV and 2.2 fouls in those 28.8 mpg
Even per36, his TOV and fouls are each 2.7, which is pretty good.
