It is well known in the Laker fandom that Curry and Kupchak both agreed during Curry's rookie year that Curry's time on Golden State would act as his tryout for the Lakers.

Has Curry proven himself worthy of wearing the purple and gold yet?

Durant and Curry are coming son. The two GOAT shooters on one team. It is LA destiny:bowdown:

As long as Jim Buss is at the helm, this will summarize the narrative with all free-agency bids—as it has been doing for the past 2-3 years.

Just lower your expectations for now while he's running the show and don't become overly ecstatic unless a big-time free agent or trade unexpectedly materialize; that way, you'll at least soften the impact of the eventual and oft-inevitable disappointments.
