Take it from someone with bum knees.. At one point I could run real fast.. Almost like in my teen years... But if I was driving by someone and they held me I couldn't take off... All my knee strength was sapped from holding my weight plus the other players weight..

This year lebron is faster than last year.. But when he as contact he barely lifts (so far)
