I'm 25 and this has happened to me twice in the last couple months :oldlol:

I was very sick with the flu during the first incident so I don't really count that one. I do drink a lot of water before bed and during the night. I get up 3 times a night to pee and drink more water as I go back to sleep. I have to stay hydrated during the night.
