Listen Lebron and MEDIA,

The triple double king wasn't Oscar Robertson. It was Wilt Chamberlain. In the same year Oscar averaged a triple double, Wilt did too. It was just Wilt's misfortune that the league didn't want to count blocks, because they knew it'd make him look even better...why do you think they started officially counting them the year after he left basketball? Imagine...50 ppg, 26 rpg, and 10+ bpg? And according to Harvey Pollack he averaged double digits in blocks more than once. Nobody in the world will ever measure up to what Wilt did, in your prime you tried and you failed.

As for the media that likes to perpetuate this falsehood, by mentioning statistics in such a way that normally excludes any of Wilt's records, screw you. You only like mentioning Oscar because his records don't necessarily tower over Lebrons. If you mentioned Wilt it would only distract attention away from LEBRONZE's accomplishments.

Scum.

The media hated and still hates Wilt. They will always try to down play or even ignore him. Shameful.

.511 FT% shooter in the regular season
.465 in the playoffs
.375 in the finals

Chamberlains ppg in regular season: 30.1
Chamberlains ppg in playoffs: 22.5
Chamberlain's ppg in the Finals: 18

Default NBA choking rating

Advanced Formula: Losses with HCA + playoff ppg drop + finals ppg drop + playoff rpg drop + finals rpg drop + playoff apg drop + finals apg drop + playoff fg% drop + finals fg% drop + playoff ft% drop + finals ft% drop - rings

Wilt Chamberlain: 5 + (30.1-22.5) + (30.1-18.6) + (22.9-24.9) + (22.9-24.6) + (4.4-4.2) + (4.4-3.8) + (54.0-52.2) + (54.0-55.9) + (51.1-46.5) + (51.1-37.5) - 2 = 37.3

Wilt is literally the most overrated player in the history of the league. Dude never gave a shit about winning. He has a loser mentality and only played for his stats.

Don't get me wrong, I think Lebron is certainly a top 6 player all time, but if he or the media wants to bring up triple doubles it's time they start mentioning the real triple double King: Wilt Chamberlain.

ROFL. By this measure Wilt would be the worst player in NBA history. Only problem with your narrative is that it doesn't match any of the year by year narratives written in newspapers or shared among the public back then...except the loser narrative of course.

Bingo! Wilt "loser" Chamberlain.
