That persistence to chuck led to titles with two different sets of teams, and to all the other accolades. He has been taking bad shots for two decades. Got to let him ride out the way he's always been. If Kobe started playing like Tim Duncan that would be more embarrassing to me. He's the most egotistical, selfish, gun slinging winner the league has ever seen (doesn't mean he's been the best, just the mentality). He's a true on your sword or with it. Either you like him now, or you've never liked him. If you are a true fan of the game you want to see Kobe take every shot for this super scrub team. No one tuned into the NBA to watch Kobe passing the ball for the past two decades. Respect.

Hero ball is ugly. It'll never work, and the only reason why Kobe's chucking ways got him rings is because he had a HOF big man for 3 rings and then twin towers for the other two. The Spurs and Warriors are so dominant because they play a TEAM game. Not this chucking BS that these wanna be Michael Jordan spin offs try to do.
