True Laker fans, who will root for the team long after Kobe's gone are truly sick of Kobe's selfish play this year. He hasn't taken on the role of mentoring. All he's tried to do is get his on offense and not give a damm about D. He's stunting the development of our youngsters. He really needs to take a reality pill and realize his place. He needs to reign in his bad shot selection and be a role player. But it's just not in him. He will go down firing. Hopefully, this is his last year.

exactly. garnett is doing it right in minnesota. plays hard defense, dives for loose balls, mentors their young core, doesn't take many shots and is not a locker room cancer
