Yeah, because Kareem is actually smart. ESPN hires hacks to host these shows. They desperately needed someone intelligent to calm them down during their Kobe crisis. When Kobe went down they were panicking because they didn't have a dick to ride.

i actually think he comes across as a little bit arrogant (i do agree with him most of time).
maybe that's why he was never considered.

tbh dwight before his back problems was an absolute beast. He fell of REALLY fast.
