He's also a terrible shooter and is turnover prone, which is shown on the stat sheet. In another thread people are calling Rubio a bust... but he's still better than MCW.

Yeah he wasn't very good tonight but the people just looking at his stats and shitting on him for his box scores really don't know what they're talking about. His defense, hustle and energy never show up on the stat sheet outside of steals and blocks despite it being a big impact on our team many nights. It's no better than looking at an Enes Kanter box score where he has 20 points but probably gave up 30.

He's never actually been a truly good NBA player. Only reason he won ROY is because the Sixers were terrible, and because of that, he had the green light while playing 35 min per game. If you put most NBA point guards in the same situation (even bench guys who barely get any minutes), they'd get 16-17 ppg and 6 apg too.

You say that now, but his stats can't be ignored. At some point you have to admit the trade was a failure. If he isn't improving now under Kidd...this is a LOST CAUSE.

if you're a PG playing under kidd you WILL get better no matter what your ability is.
remember this guy came in late last season and still doesn't have much time under kidd. it's going to be a while before he can definitely be called a 'bust.'

Another great Hinkie pick.
Noel is a poor man's Camby, Jahlil is a poor mans Al Jefferson and Embiid is Greg Oden.
Wow!
Tank for picks, it will be good they say.
Lol analytic nerds fail again.

I've seen him play and he's trash. I said it when he was on the Sixers and I'll say it now. He's trash. He's inefficient, takes bad shots, gives the ball up like its his job and is a poor shooter. He's a pretty good defender. You need to be honest with yourself about what he is. He's just not that good and he's certainly not good enough to lead a team to the playoffs. No team can win anything serious with him as their starting PG. He's not even close to being a top 20 PG in the league.

This is all you're left with after all the shit you talked hyping up MCW last season when Milw got him?
We told you about this guy time and time again. You'll only listen when MCW is an ex Buck. But even then your pride wont allow you to say "I was wrong, you guys were right." Shame.
