Kobe (37):

15/4/4/1/2 TO 31%/20%/83% 16 FGA
PER:10

Rose (27):

Who's playing better? Who'd you rather have on your team?

Both are irrelevant at this point, so what does it matter? Anyways, Rose age/experience wise should be entering his peak years, so as far as I'm concerned his situation is more disappointing. Kobe is going down in flames, but end of the day its a footnote to his overall career. Kobe's career, as least how we remember him, ended back in April 2013. I personally wish he would retire and retain whatever dignity is left.

Neither, and with 400 other options, thankfully its not a choice that needs to be made.

Yep, no matter how bad Kobe is right now, people tend to overlook worse cases to degrade an all-time great. Kobe is an asshole who couldn't take a backseat and contribute but at least he is accomplished and has done a lot for his franchise.

At least Rose CAN step up during big games

The more I see this situation unfold, the same stubbornness being shown now as he deteriorates before our eyes is what made him great to start with. So basically right now he's dying by his own sword.
